Sections at work

The week of 24 November began at Union Saint-Martin with a series of particularly concrete meetings for the Sections:
An exchange was scheduled between each Section and the members of the IMS Office For two hours, the managers presented their specific characteristics, activities, budgets and constraints, among other things.
The IMS headquarters’ finance team organised a workshop to welcome each Section and review accounting and budgetary procedures.
Finally, a multi-skilled MSH team spoke to the Sections to review key management issues and topics that had changed, before giving Sections the opportunity to discuss their own topics with the MSH representative.
This working time for the sections was more productive in 2025 and will be repeated in the future.
