Almost all of the 250 Groups of the General Section have taken up the new tool. The MSH extranet meets needs that were previously absent, such as the downloading of membership certificates by the Group, the absence of advance payment to hospitals in the care network, and the submission of mutual aid requests online.
In order to answer the questions that Groups still had, the General Section organised 4 remote meetings between 3 and 8 March 2022.
145 Groups attended and were able to listen to clarifications on the use of the extranet or the new procedures.
The Section recalled that it is always able to respond to Groups, either for very specific issues (management remaining within the MSH perimeter), or in case the Group has not been satisfied after a request to MSH.
In June, new General Section-Group meetings will be proposed.
