Collection of consent on the processing of personal data

As part of the membership of International Missionary Benefit Society, in order to ensure the follow-up of the payment of the IMS aid to the group, personal and health data are transmitted to the Group Manager. The data collected is intended for the Group Manager, the internal services of International Missionary Benefit Society, its subcontractors involved in the management of the mutual aid service and its IT service providers.

 

International Missionary Benefit Society has entrusted its information system to an external company: MSH International. This trusted partner ensures the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the data according to the rules.

 

These personal data are :
– Identification data: name, sex, first name, date of birth, dependent children, etc.
– Sensitive health data: medical bills, prescriptions, hospitalization documents, etc.
– Personal data: Membership of a religious community
These data may also be transmitted to certain medical structures for the establishment of care in particular.
Finally, the data processed may be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, in the context of legal proceedings, in the context of legal investigations and requests for information at the request of the authorities or in order to comply with other legal obligations.

 

Each member has at all times the right to access, rectify, delete or limit or oppose the use of their personal data and the right to organise instructions after their death. Each member also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data. In order to ensure that each member gives their consent to all of these provisions, IMS invites European nationals to return this completed and signed document to their IMS group leader as soon as possible.
