It is managed by Union Saint-Martin. The Director is Mr. Sylvain SACHELI.
Mr. Michael Colasse is the manager of the Contributions and Benefits Department of the General Section. It is made up of a team of 4 persons who are in charge of the daily business of the Section.

The Belgium Section covers 419 persons across 38 countries.
The mutualist company MRB aims at:
- helping congregations and religious people on a social level,
- advising them about the social legislation,
- organizing a socio-cultural movement for the sick and handicapped religious (by organizing meetings and trainings, holidays, pilgrimages, forums for the care coordinators for the sick in the communities…),
- managing the IMS healthcare,
- publishing a quarterly magazine “Info-MRB”.

The Madagascar Section was created in 1973 under the authority of the Episcopal Conference of Madagascar: C.E.M.
It is managed by the Administrative Secretary of the CEM who is also the Section Manager: Father Krzysztof PAWLUKIEWICZ, member of the Society of the Divine Verb.
The manager is assisted by the Secretary who is in charge of the daily business of the Section. The Section’s office is in Antananarivo, 102 bis Rue Cardinal Jérôme Rakotomalala Antanimena.
It gathers 11 of the 21 dioceses existing in Madagascar and 21 religious congregations.Members: 413 (according to the 2009 figures).
